Hello and welcome to our About Us page. We are Kat and Neil, a husband and wife team, with two cats and two dogs, Molly, Monty, Beautie and Buster. We have three things in life we love (well four if you include each other, aah bless!), animals, cross stitch and computers.

All of our items are storted in a sealed environment, away from direct sunlight and the animals!

Kat is dyslexic, so finds it difficult to do office work and as a result of an old injury cannot work with horses full time either. So we though we would try and make a go of selling 'all things cross stitch'.

Aims & Objectives

Our aim is:

"To offer both quality and value for money to our customers and provide excellent customer service."

To achieve this, our objectives are to:

• Maintain a product range and hold stocks sufficient to meet the needs of our customers no matter how large or how small their order.
• Respond to all enquiries (whether by e-mail or eBay message), acknowledge and confirm order details, promptly and in a helpful and friendly manner.
• Dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) of payment being cleared*.
• Design and expand our own range of distinctive cross stitch charts and kits.

*Because of the low price on our auctions, in many cases we will post on receipt of a personal/company cheque (subject to a maximum combined purchase price of £25), where applicable this will be stated in the listing and provided that the name on the cheque and postal address are that of the eBay account holder (otherwise please allow up to 5 working days for the cheque to clear).

About Us

Kat runs the day to day administration of the business, sources our products and designs our range of charts and kits.

Neil manages our accounts and provides the IT support necessary to run a successful internet based business.

Kat has been an avid cross stitch enthusiast for many years and having stitched countless designs, can offer a wealth of experience to our customers. If you need any help or advice, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We always have plenty of other cross stitch items for sale, our current inventory includes:

• Bobbins (card and plastic).
• Charts.
• Fabric (aida and eveneweave/linen) in a wide range of colours.
• The full range of Anchor and DMC embroidery floss (including Anchor variegated and multicoloured, DMC variegated, light effects, linen, colour variations and satin).
• Kits, including Anchor (Country Companions, Elliot & Buttons and Margaret Sherry), Derwentwater Designs, Dimensions, DMC, Me To You (Tatty Ted) and Popcorn.
• Mill Hill beads.
• Needles (nickel plated beading needles, size 10 and 12 and nickel plated tapestry needles, size 22, 24, 26 and 28).
• 3½" 'stork' scissors.
• Thread organiser boxes.

Using professional software, we offer a service to convert buyer's own photographs and pictures into custom cross stitch charts, on both aida and evenweave/linen, using Anchor or DMC threads, please contact us for details and we will put a listing on eBay.
