DETAILS OF OUR ENGRAVING SERVICE


Engraved Dartington Clock

Items that are suitable for engraving can be personalised with any crest, logo, design or wording and other text.

We can supply in any quantity or just one item.

If you just require wording please let us know what you want engraved by email to wessex.glass engraving@virgin.net or though Ebay message service or Paypal when you pay for the item.

If you want a logo, design or crest engraved with or without wording you will need to supply us with black and white camera ready copy to include any text, preferably in .pdf format or as a jpeg image. Send as an attachment to: wessex.glassengraving@virgin.net

We will then provide you with a proof copy of your design and/or text or wording by email. Once you have approved the artwork your order will be engraved. Once engraving has commenced no changes can be made to your design or text.

Your order will be despatched by next day courier within 7-10 days of receiving approval of the artwork. All goods are insured against breakage and damage in transit and must be signed for.

Whilst we endeavour to meet delivery requirements we cannot guarantee that goods will be shipped and arrive within the time limits stated.

Shortages or breakages must be notified in writing within 3 working days of delivery. Proof of damage may be required by our insurers.

QUALITY: Many of the products that we supply are handmade and many may include slight inconsistancies in shape and size. They may also contain small air bubbles which are a hallmark of a truly individual piece of handmade crystal. Only goods deemed to be of merchandisable quality will be supplied, we do not supply seconds stock.

We reserve the right to offer an alternative to the standard product when the original is not available. In these circumstances the replacement item is guaranteed to be of similar or better quality than the standard item. All sizes and weights are approximate as many of our products are hand made and may vary as a result.

ADDITIONAL COSTS: The charge for engraving and artwork per order where the order consists of engraving the same design and/or text on each peice of glass in one position is currently £25 in addition to the displayed cost of the glass to be engraved. This charge will be added to the Paypal invoice and must be paid before any design work is commenced.
