A little about me

Hi there, Welcome to my Me page

I collect all types of things...I especially love Clothes, shoes and music! I buy and sell all sorts of goods, please look my page up again as you`ll often find odds and ends for sale at bargain prices - I can often be found buried in the computer after having a wardrobe clearout.. :)

Terms & Conditions

Trading Policy

I sell a variety of goods - new and used. I always describe the goods as accurately as i possibly can. I would not sell anything that i wouldn't want to receive myself. Low start prices do not mean shoddy goods. I buy most of my items myself and sell them on as and when i need a wardrobe change and/or i lose/put on weight. If you require any additional information (or pictures) on a specific auction, please don't hesitate to ask as i will be more than happy to help. Please be aware that different manufacturers items can vary in measurements, even if the label says they are a standard size. IMPORTANT: 1. Please ask *BEFORE BIDDING* should you require specific measurements on an item - it is entirely YOUR responsibility to ensure the item will fit before you bid. 2. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE MY OWN PERSONAL PICTURES WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION - THIS IS KNOWN AS COPYRIGHT THEFT & YOU *WILL* BE REPORTED TO EBAY

Payment

UK Buyers - I accept Paypal, UNcrossed Postal Orders & Nochex ONLY. I cannot accept cheques as there is no banking facility here to pay them in to. Payment is required within 7 days of the close of auction. The faster you pay, the faster i can send your item :) International buyers - Paypal only.

Postage & Packing

I use poly mail bags for clothing items and i always clearly address your parcel. Any delicate/fragile items are also clearly marked as such and wrapped accordingly. Postage costs stated are inclusive of actual postage, time & effort, labels, bags, tissue paper etc etc. I often recycle packaging (trying to do my bit for the environment!) but I usually use a new mail bag which is included in the total cost. I always obtain a Proof of Posting certificate. It is YOUR responsibilty to ask for insurance at a cost of 75p (Recorded Delivery which insures your item up to £36) should you require it, as I am NOT responsible for items once they leave my hands. I will, however, always send items of considerable value via trackable mail as standard to protect both you, the customer, and myself. I will always assist in any way i can with a Royal Mail claim should one need to be made. Please bear in mind that claims can take up to ONE MONTH to be completed. I do combine postage - my standard postage costs are kept low and fair so there may not be much to save when several items are put in one parcel, it depends on the combined weight/size of the items being sent. I estimate postage costs based on years of selling, i'm not usually wrong! :) Sometimes I lose out. If you think you have been overcharged drastically, I will always refund the difference :) Please allow UP TO 5 days for standard delivery, although in most cases you will receive your item the following working day.(excluding bank holidays/weekends) An item is classed as officially 'lost' by Royal Mail 15 days from the date it was posted. If you have not received your item after this time, please contact me. I post several times a week - if you require your item in a hurry I will always endeavour to get your item to you as quickly as possible.

Returns/Refunds

No returns unless item is grossly misdescribed. If an item needs to be returned, please contact me first. Return P+P is at the expense of the buyer. Wrongly addressed mail that is returned to me will also be re-sent at the expense of the buyer. I do not accept returns for items that do not fit or you decide later you no longer want. You bid to buy (a bid is a legally binding contract!) and all questions must be asked before the end of the specific auction you are interested in.

Extras

All of my items come from a clean and smoke free home. I combine postage for all auctions won within 3 days. Clothing items may have defaced/damaged/marked labels - this is done by me to prevent unlawful/suspicious returns and is also a legal request from the brand owners to prevent any fraudulent activity with regard to refunds (Particularly where the item being sold is current shop stock)
