United kingdom
The Company is unique in the UK in being able to offer customers a full “menu” of services from a complete category management service (including design, manufacture, range management and stockholding/distribution) through to a supply of customer designed product direct from our Far East manufacturing plants.
Our customers range from major UK high street retailers through to single bespoke high-end pieces of jewellery made for individual customers.
Global
The Group is active in most of the major world jewellery markets, operating through a network of agents and in-house sales teams.
The Jewellery Company is a dedicated on line jewellery store. We have no high street shops, and therefore have very low overheads, which enable us to provide our customers with quality products at the lowest prices. If you have shop premises and wish to see our range of stock, we would be more than happy to visit you, at your convenience.We have built our reputation on our willingness to go the extra mile, and if you have a specific requirement for something that is not shown on our website, we will endeavour to help. We welcome email enquiries and aim to respond within 12 hours of receipt. We are adding new products on a daily basis, so it is always worth checking back regularly - you may find just what you're looking for!
All jewellery ordered will usually be dispatched with 24 hours.
We offer a “user-friendly” returns policy.
For your peace of mind all jewellery is dispatched in our standard robust boxes to ensure that your purchase reaches you safely.
