PERSONAL CHEQUES

I allow 5 working days for cheques to clear from date that I pay them into my Bank account. 

I pay cheques into my Bank account the day after I receive them from buyers. This is because my postman does not deliver my mail until the afternoon. I cannot get to the Bank until the following morning.

Effectively then, your item will be sent 6 working days after receipt of your cheque by me.

If you want your item faster, please send a postal order or pay by paypal.

SHIPPING INFORMATION!

I guarantee that I will post your item within 2 working days of receipt of cleared payment, unless I state different shipping terms in the auction listing.

Small items such as video games will either go out the next working day, after receipt of cleared payment, or the next working day after that. I now visit the Post Office 3 times a week, as my local one has been shut down!

Large items will normally be sent within 3 working days of receipt of cleared payment. This is because I have them collected by DHL on either a Monday or a Thursday.

My normal work hours are 5 days a week, 9 - 5. A working day is defined as Monday to Friday inclusive and does not include weekends or public holidays.

I will reply to correspondance and enquiries during the day, but cannot change my shipping arrangements.

In excepional circumstances; bad weather, internet breakdown, illness etc, shipping may be delayed, but this is highly unlikely. If there is a delay for any such reason, I will advise my customers. Delays will never last for more than 24 hours, as I can make any necessary alternative arrangements.

PAYPAL

I will only post an item to your paypal registered address. I will not post to an alternate address. I have been defrauded in the past and can make no exceptions to this policy.

If I need to refund payment for any item paid through paypal, this will be by a refund back to the originating account that made the payment only.

FRAUD

I am fed up with the minority of so called customers trying to de-fraud me out of my money. I only make a small profit on the items I sell and take all necessary steps to cover myself against fraud. I accept that on occasions something might go missing in the post, but I know for a fact that some people claim a refund, claiming non receipt of an item, when this is not true. They want the item, then they try to get their money back as well. BEWARE, if you try something on with me, I will do my upmost to stop you and all instances of possible fraud will be reported to eBay and the police. eBay is built on trust, I expect my customers to be honest and respectful, as I try to be to them.
