All items sold are brand new, unless stated otherwise

PRICE AND PAYMENT

There is no VAT charged on purchases made

Payment for goods must be received/cleared before goods are dispatched

All import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser

We accept payment by Paypal, cheques or postal orders. Paypal is a secure on-line facility that allows you to pay by debit/credit card. You do not have to be registered with them to use this service and there will be no charge. Orders will be sent to the name and address given on the Paypal payment

DELIVERY

We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to post out your purchases within 3 working days from the date of your order.

The Post Office will not class a package as lost until 15 working days after it was due to be delivered. If your order has still not turned up after this time has elapsed, please contact us

RETURNS/CANCELLATION

We are sure that you will be pleased with your purchase(s). However if you are unhappy for any reason, you can return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. You must notify us by e-mail before returning the goods to us and you will be responsible for the return postage costs. Returned items must be in an unopened/unused condition and suitably packaged to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

We recommend using a trackable method like Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to return your items to us

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item is found to be damaged upon receipt, we will refund the cost of that item (excluding postage and packing costs, unless only one item was purchased). If an item is found to be faulty after 7 days of receipt, we will refund the cost of that item (excluding postage and packing costs). We will need you to send us a picture of the damaged item by e-mail or return it to us at the address below before a refund will be made. If the damaged/faulty item is returned to us, we will re-imburse you the return postage cost
