DO WE OFFER REFUNDS?
YES all our garments are refundable. Refunds are SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE & ALL P&P COSTS.
We respectfully request garments be returned in the exact condition they were received ie. make-up, perfume & smoke free. With all original tags attached. Please email us within 3 days of receipt if you wish to return your garment. Returns must be received within 7 days of your agreed return (14 days for international buyers). Please use a trackable posting method i.e. Recorded delivery, or if outside the UK ~ International signed for delivery.
FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS
In the rare event that you receive a faulty/damaged garment, please email us immediately on receipt. We will email you with return instructions & once your garment has been received, a full refund will be issued. PLEASE NOTE, we are unable to refund goods which have been clearly listed with a fault.
SHIPPING
All UK inland parcels are posted using 1st class recorded delivery (requires a signature on arrival). This insures your parcel for a maximum of 0. Should you require a higher level of insurance or guaranteed next day delivery, please select the Special Delivery option when using the checkout (Special delivery is open to UK buyers only)
All international parcels are posted using 1st class International Signed For Delivery. This insures your parcel for a maximum of 0. Additional insurance can be arranged subject to a fee. Please ask for details. Delivery times vary from country to country, but as a general guide European parcels normally take 3 - 4 days, USA & Canada approx 7 - 10 days & Australia approx 10 - 14 days.
SHIPPING FOR MULTI PURCHASES
We are happy to offer reduced postal rates for multi purchaces. For UK buyers, the heaviest garment is charged at it's full postal cost, each additional garment is charged at .25 postage. To qualify for reduced postal rates, please ensure there is a gap of no more than 7 days between the 1st garment purchased and the last one you plan to purchase.
For international buyers, we are unable to quote in advance the actual discount which will be applied, as this is wholly dependant on the final weight of your parcel. Please note, the maximum weight for airmail parcels is 2 kilos.
Please do not use the checkout until you have completed your bidding/buying if you plan to purchase more than one garment. An invoice will be emailed to you once you have completed buying.

Please ensure your payment is received within 7 days from auction end.
UK BUYERS: We are happy to accept personal cheques, postal orders, direct bank transfer & Paypal .
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Payment accepted by Paypal only please.

Top tips for measuring
Find your clothing size:
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes.
(a) Bust: measure around the fullest part of your bust and across your shoulder blades. Waist: measure around your natural waistline.
(b) Waist: measure around the natural waist, keeping the tape measure taut. For LOW RISE styles, measure BETWEEN the WAIST AND HIP.
(c) Hips: stand with your feet together. Put the tape around the fullest part of your bottom at the top of your leg, about 20cm (8) below your natural waistline.
(d) Inside Leg: measure from the top of the inside leg at the crotch to where the trousers are normally worn on the shoes.
Jacket Length: measure from the centre back of your neck to your hemline. Then length measurement will vary depending on the style of garment.
Skirt Length: measure from the natural waistline to the desired hem position on the leg.
Dress Length: measure from under the arm to the hemline
