All About Us
We're long-established company with over 50 years' experience selling spare parts and accessories to the trade and public. We've our own warehouse, so all items we sell are in stock. During office hours there's always someone here to help you out. Our aim is to always give you an answer, and if we can't help you personally; we'll find you someone who can!

History & Background
Jackson Spares is a family company that has distributed spares parts and accessories to the trade and public for over 50 years. All of the products listed are items we have in stock in our warehouse which means, wherever possible, they are dispatched to our customers the same day.
Payment Policy
At present, we can accept payment by: Paypal, Personal Cheque or Postal Order/Banker's Draft.
Delivery Information
The majority of our items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class, with no additional postage charges: just one clear price. In most cases for a small supplement we can send your purchases via 1st Class post though.
Returns Policy
- Jackson Spares considers the condition of its products to be of 'satisfactory quality', 'as described'; and 'fit for purpose'.
- We will refund the cost of the item and its postage charges if the buyer changes their mind within 7 days of the day on which the item was delivered. However, the buyer is required to return the part to us in the same condition as it was supplied, packed carefully, with prior notification and at their own expense.
- We will give any customer a repair or replacement item where the original product turns out to be faulty. We would expect a buyer to notify us of this with 28 days from date of purchase if this is the case.
- Any loss or damage to the item that occurs in transit is the responsibility of us and we will replace items lost or damaged in the post.

Our online ebay store store offers our customers a selection of our best selling items. We can however supply 1,000s of other parts. Please get in touch if there is something you are looking for we've not got listed, and we be pleased to help you out. What's more - if we can't supply you with the item ourselves we'll provide you with the contact details of someone who can.

 Repair If You Care
Jackson Spares supports the 'Repair if You Care' project. Through selling spare parts for domestic appliances we can extend the life of the machines rather than throwing away them away. This means there is less pollution from hazardous substances seeping into the ground, less of our countryside is used for waste disposal, biodiversity is encouraged, and we can all enjoy a healthier, greener environment with less pollution.
