Condition of Goods

All goods sold herein are boxed, brand new with all accessories.  

We occasionally sell ex-demonstration or ex-display products but these are clearly stated in the listing. These items are products that we have had on display or used to demonstrate to a customer.

Juicers Warranty

Warranty is covered by the manufacturer for the length stated. In addition to this, we offer further 7 and 30 day guarantees (see item listing for length), if anything should go wrong within these periods, we will collect free of charge for inspection and repair under normal warranty circumstances and return to you free of charge.  After this time, the warranty passes to the appropriate manufacturer for the remainder of the length stated.

Juiceland cannot be held responsible for the manufacturer’s warranties of a product if the manufacturer of that product ceases trading, goes into liquidation or is declared bankrupt, or we should cease supplying the product.

Return of Faulty Goods

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you believe you have received faulty goods. Faults occurring after the 7-day period are still covered by the Sales of Good Act (1979) and also by the individual manufacturer's warranties that come with our products.

Please note that with many products we do not deal directly with warranties/repairs and will pass your details to, or ask you to contact the company that does. Repairs and replacements will be subject to that company’s Terms and Conditions. However, the first point of contact should any problem arise is with us.

Return of Unused Goods

Under the Distance Selling Regulations the customer is given the right to return unwanted goods. This "cooling-off" period gives you 7 working days in which to cancel your order without giving a reason. The period starts the day after the day that goods are received. During this time you are only required to cancel the order and are not obliged to return the goods within the 7 working days. On some items - this period is 30 days, please check individual listings.

If you wish to cancel an order within the 7/30 day cooling-off period, you may do so providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition. This means unused and complete with original packing. To exercise this right please contact us by any of the methods displayed on this website. We will need confirmation in writing, as well as your name, address and invoice number. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for goods returned under the "cooling-off" period to cover our delivery costs or if all the original packaging and contents are not included. Used goods will be held here until payment is received to send them back to you.

As the majority of our items for sale are food related - these cannot be returned once they have been in contact with food, unless being returned under warranty conditions.

Please ensure that when returning goods to Juiceland you use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us, or that provide you with a proof of postage. Please also ensure that they are packed with sufficient care to ensure damage does not occur in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your courier. If you would like any advice on this please contact us.

Juicer Delivery Terms

UK Mainland

All items are sent with Next Day Delivery Monday to Friday before 17:30 to mainland UK.  Saturday delivery is an additional £15.00 - £30.00 on top of usual delivery charges depending on weight.   Payment must reach us by 14:00 hours unless otherwise stated to ensure next weekday delivery, payments received after this are sent the next working day.

Please note: We do not profit from shipping, charges shown in our listings for delivery, are what is charged to us by the courier and Royal Mail plus any packing costs. 

UK Offshore

Deliveries to UK offshore addresses can take 1 to 3 days and may be subject to additional postage costs (please check individual listing).  Please contact us prior to bidding for further details.

Europe

Delivery costs to European addresses are at cost plus insurance, prices on application by email prior to buying or see information in listing.

High Value Items

A signature is required for your delivery. Tracking information is provided on-line for your information, tracking numbers will be sent once the courier has collected your parcel. Insured for full value in transit.

Low Value Items

Items will be sent by Royal Mail.  We insure all items for the cost to replace them should they become lost or damaged. We obtain a Proof of Postage for all items sent. Items can be sent recorded for an extra £1.00 to UK only.
