Founded in 1916, The Professional GolfersAssociation of America (he PGA of America is the largest working sports organization in the world, comprised of more than 28,000 dedicated men and women promoting the game of golf to everyone, everywhere. It also conducts numerous programs to promote the game to people of all ages and skill levels. The PGA of America conducts four premier golf events: The Ryder Cup Matches, The PGA Championship, the Senior PGA Championship and the PGA Grand Slam of Golf, which brings together the winners of golf's four major championships. The PGA marks include, without limitation: YDER CUP,YDER CUP MATCHES,GA,and GA CHAMPIONSHIPtrademarks, and the logo including two crossed clubs displayed on this page. The PGA of America has invested substantial time, effort, and money in advertising and promoting the the PGA marks throughout the United States and worldwide. As a result, the PGA marks are extremely valuable and The PGA of America has developed significant goodwill in these marks.

Unauthorized Use of Our Trademarks and Copyrights
The PGA of America vigorously defends and protects the value of its trademarks and copyrights. Use by third parties of any PGA mark or logo without the express written consent of The PGA of America is a violation of U.S. trademark and unfair competition law. No Ticket Resales
In addition, to prevent consumer fraud, The PGA of America sells affordable tickets to PGA premier golf events directly to consumers, without using ticket agents, resellers, or repackagers of any kind. These tickets are intended for consumerspersonal, individual use and thus it is The PGA of America policy that resale of these tickets is strictly prohibited. In fact, as a condition of sale, consumers agree in writing not to resell their right to purchase reserved tickets. The PGA of America will cancel the purchase order of any consumer found reselling their right to purchase tickets to a PGA premier golf event.
