I joined e-bay in November 2003. Originally I intended to run a varied hobbyists shop on the site. Hence my original handle of Hobbayer. It soon became apparent to me that there was a need within the e-bay community for a specialist new and used machine tool and engineering equipment supplier.

This tied in with my day job. For the last 35 years I have been involved in supplying new and used machine tools and equipment to industries through out the world. The company Mid Bucks Machine Tools Ltd was founded by my father in 1971. Since then the company has adjusted and changed to suit the ever changing needs of the manufacturing industries not only in the UK but our many export markets.

With the fusion of our real and on line business strategies Mid Bucks Machine Tools Ltd is well place to meet the needs of multi national companies and the home model engineer alike. We now have integration of our website www.machinetoolsupplier.com with our e-bay store and the recent addition of the free to use engineers forum  www.engineerstalk.net and look forward to being of future service to our many repeat customers as well as attracting new business.
