• International shipping charge is $2.50.
• IMPORTANT: For those located outside of USA U.K. Australia Canada Japan, Registered Post Service is mandatory for shipments to those locations.
  
• International shipments usually takes about 3-5 weeks via HONG KONG air mail. however sometime may be delayed as depending on the customs or the post office at your country.

• Due to the nature of the handmade processes each pendant with may have slight variations in color, texture, weight, finish, etc. Also, it is impossible to reproduce all characteristics of a product 100% accurately on the large range of computer monitors.! Please do not debate (to avoid mistakes happening, you are welcomed to ask any question before placing an order, such as the colors of products or other questions).
  
• If you are uncertain of the merchandise quality or appearance, please discuss any additional questions you may have with a customer service representative before purchasing the merchandise.
  
• If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, please contact us IMMEDIATELY and we will assist you in obtaining a replacement of merchandise or refund.
