1.Products are shipped by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery unless otherwise stated (3-5 working days after the item has been shipped).

2.Special Delivery is available at an additional charge of 2 per item; please use this service if you want to receive your items as fast as possible (next working day after item is shipped).

3.The shipping costs listed only cover delivery to destinations within the United Kingdom. Additional postage costs may be charged for items sent outside this area. This cost includes packing, testing and quality control of the product.

4.Items are generally shipped out the next business day after payment has been verified (Sat & Sun excluded).

5.Local Pickup is not available.

6.We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses, however if an item is lost during the delivery process our customer support team will try to resolve the matter in the most acceptable way to both parties concerned.

7.The final price of all payments including VAT must be prepaid before shipment of the item. Sorry we do not accept cash on delivery.

1. Product 's unit price will be refunded for any defective, damaged items ,and full refund will be allowed for any   misrepresented items within 15 days of purchase, if your return is for refund only.

2. Refund will be charged 25% as handling fee after 15 days of purchase, if the product was defective or damaged and return is for refund only.

2. We do not allow returns without first requesting an RMA#(Return Merchandise Authorization ).

3. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and we will send the replacement at our expense (within 30 days), except for misrepresented items, If you want to exchange the product(s).

5.For battery packs or battery related products, warranty becomes void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered with.
