To reflect the wishes of our customers, we have now introduced a RETURNS POLICY which will gradually be added to all our listings - please be patient, as there are quite a few to get through. We want you to love everything you buy from us, and if there is a problem, please be a courteous buyer and allow us to resolve the problem before leaving neutral or negative feedback. We take great care in checking all our items before listing them and always strive to be as accurate as possible - but on the rare occasions when things don't go as planned, the following policies will now apply:
1. If we have made a serious mistake and an item is inaccurately described in the listing, you may return it within seven days, IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, for a full refund of the purchase price and the P&P charge. You may also exchange your item for other goods up to the same value if you prefer.
2. If you simply don't like your item, or it doesn't fit you, you may still return it within seven days, IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, and we will refund the purchase price BUT NOT the P&P charge. Again, you may also exchange your item for other goods up to the same value if your prefer.
3. PLEASE BE AWARE WE ARE NOT STUPID and well aware that many of our costume items are ordered for one-off occasions. We WILL NOT refund on items returned after the event which have clearly been worn/used.
4. Our standard policy is to send all items via Recorded Delivery/Special Delivery (Standard Parcels for very heavy orders only) within the UK; and International Signed For/Airsure delivery (Parcelforce for heavy/outsize orders only) to destinations abroad. Compensation for lost items is included in these services, and we will claim for lost items on your behalf, but will only issue refunds ONCE WE HAVE BEEN REFUNDED BY THE CARRIER. |
