I strive to provide a fast and efficient, and more importantly friendly service for all my Ebay customers. The following paragraphs I hope you will find useful and answer some of the most common questions about buying from me on Ebay.
Firstly Postage and Combined Postage - I am always happy to offer discount postage rates for the combined postage of items bought from my Ebay store. Simply request an invoice before you pay and I will adjust the postage rates accordingly so that you are not paying more than you need to.
POSTAGE PRICES - increased by the Post Office on 4th April 2011
Postage Fees, I only charge the correct amount for postage, I use Royal Mail and below are there price bands, which I always use. I do not add anything extra for packaging or petrol to get to the post office. I am more than happy to combine postage, simply request an invoice before you pay or contact me via Ebay with any questions.
Most items I sell are deemed by the Post Office as 'Packet' size and are also priced according to the weight of the final packaged items including the padded envelopes and labels that are used to send your item securely: These are their prices From 4th April 2011 which I use for my Ebay customers:

501 – 750 “ £3.05 £2.61
Up to 1 kilo £3.71 £3.15
Plus if recorded delivery is used then an additional fee of 0.77 pence is added.
If the item is deemed as a large letter size item the cost is
up to 100g 0.75 0.58p
250g 1.09 0.92p
500g 1.46 1.23
these rates are the correct Royal mail prices and are valid until the next postal rates increase in 2011.
LOST ITEMS
Should an item not arrive, please check your Ebay messages as I ALWAYS send a 'your item is on it's way' message to you via Ebay to confirm it has been posted. So if your item has not arrived please contact me via Ebay, I will complete the claims form, which I forward to the buyer, once the buyer of the lost item has signed the form confirming that they have not received the item, it should be returned to me, I include a self addressed envelope for this, once I have received it, I then send the claim form to the Royal Mail, and once the refund has been approved, I will refund the original payments. As I always put the return address on the item sent, when an item is not delivered by the Royal Mail, it is always returned to me, though sometimes it takes up to a few weeks for it to be returned to me.

I try to post everyday Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
