Stock
Please note we are also a busy retail outlet and occasionally run short of a particular item. If you require an item urgently please email first. Most items are dispatched the same day, however this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods.
Multiple Items
Listings with more than one item can be purchased as "Multiple Items". This means that the postage rate will be reduced automatically during checkout.
If you purchase more than one item (from different listings) you will need us to combine the purchases to receive a reduced postage rate. To do this please buy all the items you require, but do not complete checkout or immediately pay for them. Instead request a total from us. We will then combine all of the items into one parcel & amend the postage accordingly.
If you do not follow this process you will be charged the full postage rate for each of your items. All items will also be sent individually.
Please do not amend/enter your own postage charges when paying for items. Items with incorrect postage charges will not be sent out until the correct fee is received. Any additional payments required will also incur a transaction fee.
Returns
If there is a problem with your purchase please contact via email or call 01502 573037. Please do not leave negative feedback without contacting us to discuss any problems.
If you have misordered an item we can accept returns if we are contacted within 24 hours of receiving goods. Goods are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Buyer must pay for return postage and all postage costs are non-refundable.
If your purchase is faulty or damaged it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving goods. Depending on the damage either a replacement will be sent or a full or part refund issued. Photographic proof of the damage or fault will be required.
