None of what is listed below is "set in stone" we will always do our best to make sure all eBay transactions go as smoothly as possible if you have a problem with something contact us!

Why have we not replied to your question?

 

 I sent a question 3 minutes ago and you still haven’t replied!

 

In general you will receive a response to your question with in 1 hour of it being received by us, as long as it has been sent between Monday – Friday 9am–5pm. If we are exceptionally busy or your question requires a detailed response it may take up to 24 hours before you receive a reply. Sometimes ebay does not forward you r message to us and it gets lost in cyberspace if you have not received a reply with in 24 hours please send your question again.

 

 

Delivery Information

 

We always try to dispatch all orders with in 24 hours of receiving payment but sometimes when we are exceptionally busy it may take up to 3 working days to dispatch your item.

 

Delivery Timescales

 

We now send 99% of our post by either a 48 hour courier service or 1st class post, yout item should arrive on average with in 2–4 working days* but can take up to 10 days from when you received the confirmation of dispatch email, there is no need to contact us until after the 10 days have elapsed.

 

Airmail parcels normally arrive on average with in 15 working days*

 

If you live in a remote area or place (e.g. Shetland Islands, Kazakhstan or the North Pole your item may take a couple of days longer than normal please dont expect it to arrive the next day!)

 

*A working day is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Saturday, Sunday and public Holidays are not classed as working days.

 

 

Postage Address

 

Always make sure your eBay address is kept up to date as we can not be held liable if it contains an incorrect address or somewhere you used to live at, if you move house or flat please update it! 

 

We will only send your parcel to the address you completed in either the eBay checkout OR the address you selected when you paid with Paypal. This would normally be the address your credit card is registered to. If needed Paypal will allow you to enter a different address such as your work place so that some one will be available to accept you delivery.

 

Please do not use the notes section within Paypal payments as it is not yet integrated with eBay,  do not use it to send us any important information as we will not see it!

 

 

Lost mail

 

If your item has not been received with in the timescales listed above you must contact As Soon As Possible

 

 

Returns

 

If you are returning items to us under the Distance selling regulations because you have “Changed your Mind” or no longer require the item there are certain rules you need to follow:

 

The item you are returning must be NEW and UNUSED with its FULL UNDAMAGED/UNOPENED PACKAGING. We do not refund the shipping costs for either sending the item to you OR returning the item to us.

 

For ALL returns (either faulty or under D.S.R.) you must first contact us by email, post or fax with in 7 days of receiving your item. You then must send the item back to us including the original invoice that was sent with your order, if the packaging is damaged/opened or the item is not "as new" we will refuse the item, if the package does not contain your invoice we will  we have no idea who it belongs to!

 

We comply with all of the legal requirements under both the sale of goods Act and the Distance Selling Regulations, if you want to return an item to us under the DSR then you must notify us of your intention with in 7 days of receiving it. The item must be returned so it arrives back at our office no later than 14 days after the day it was initially delivered to you. Any items that arrive after this time limit will be refused and returned to sender automatically by whatever means you used to send the item to us.

 

We recommend you use a fully insured signed for courier service as YOU are responsible for the parcel until it arrives back at our office.

 

When you return

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

 

If upon receiving your item you find it to be damaged or faulty please notify us with in three days, we can not accept claims after this date. To keep costs to a minimum you should return your parcel to us by the cheapest method and get a proof of posting.

 

All internet purchases are governed by the Distance Selling Regulations from the D.T.I. please see www.dti.gov.uk for full details.

 

“Changed my mind” Returns

 

If you are returning items to us under the Distance selling regulations because you have “Changed your Mind” or no longer require the item there are certain rules you need to follow:

 

The item you are returning must be NEW and UNUSED with its FULL UNDAMAGED/UNOPENED PACKAGING. We do not refund the shipping costs for either sending the item to you OR returning the item to us.

 

For ALL returns (either faulty or under D.S.R.) you must first contact us by email for a Returns number and the correct address to send your item to.

 

None of our Terms & Conditions (including those listed above) affect any of your statutory rights.


If you leave us Negative feedback we consider the transaction closed and will not make any further contact with you unless the negative is withdrawn.

 

IMPORT LAW + TAX,

We are NOT responsible for any import tax or charges that may apply when your goods/order arrive in your country.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand all the import and tax laws of your own country.

We do not take any responsibility for any goods seized by your countries customs department

All goods being posted outside of the UK will have a properly formatted CN22 for customs value (except some parts of Europe where this is not needed).

Just to make things extra clear:

We are NOT responsible for any import tax or charges that may apply when your goods/order arrive in your country.
