Who is Grantie?
Well, Grantie is me, Sharon Grant. I am a married mum of twin girls and was introduced to eBay by my sister who sells baby clothes. She told me how simple and profitable it was to sell your unwanted items so when my girls grew out of their baby clothes I decided to give it a try. Within a matter of weeks I had collected 00 for clothes that didn't fit them anymore. From that moment on I was hooked. As I had given up my career to bring up my twins I wasn't contributing to the household financially and I thought this would be a great way to bring in some extra cash. It also puts me in touch with a lot of different people, as I don't get the opportunity to meet many people during my day now I'm looking after the girls.

I decided to sell cosmetics because it's something that I've always been interested in, I love glamour and anything sparkley so it seemed quite natural to pick cosmetics. I have only been selling since November but already I have learned a great deal about products, marketing and customer service. I really enjoy running my eBay Shop, I treat it like a hobby but the bonus is it's profitable as well. I started off with one drawer full of stock and now I have taken over the spare bedroom with all my products. I get a real buzz out of receiving great feedback, that's what makes it all worthwhile.
