Terms & Conditions
For ALL Auctions & Shop Items |

- We will happily
leave feedback when you confirm you have received the item or when you leave
feedback.
- We reserve the right to cancel or block any bids from users who have negative
or very low feedback.
- Overseas buyers MUST use PayPal to pay for their purchases OR contact
us to discuss another payment method BEFORE bidding/buying
- Winning bidder must at least contact us within 7 days of close of auction; otherwise we shall proceed with the 'Non Paying Bidder' programme.
- NON Paying Bidders will be blocked from my future auctions and appropriate feedback will be left. - Payment must be received within 10 days of close of auction.
- We will only send the item when payment clears; this may take up to 10 days
for cheques.
- Any claim for lost or damaged items must be dealt with by the buyer, we will provide any receipts or insurance documents (if applicable). - Electrical items are sold as tested and working, if we are unable to test an item it is sold 'AS IS'. Items NOT tested will be clearly described so in the auction details.
- ALL electrical items are BRITISH standard, i.e. PAL, 230volts, 50MHz. If
a item is not of BRITISH standard this will be clearly stated. - All items are fully scanned and photographed, if a refund is requested the returned item will be compared against these.

We will only offer a refund if the item is returned, this MUST be by recorded/insured
delivery.

Items said to be faulty must be returned in the same condition they where
sent
in.
- Once the item has been returned, it will be tested and compared against hi-res photos taken at time of auction
- If the item is found to be faulty a refund will be given for the item price
only, postage will not be refunded.
- Any refund will be made by the same payment method used to buy the item.
- If the item has NO faults or is found NOT to be in its original state, then
no refund or return will be given.
- For items damaged or lost in delivery, we will provide any receipts and/or insurance documents and the buyer must make a claim against the delivery company (Royal Mail, Parcel Force etc)
- If an item is damaged or lost when returning, then the buyer must make a claim against the delivery company.
- We will leave negative feedback, report and block any user who makes or attempts to make a false claim.
