I won your auction, how do I pay for the item?

You should receive an Invoice with a secure link to pay for it soon after the auction closes in 24 hours. You can pay for it by following methods:

Why do you ship to Europe? I am willing to pay additional to ship overseas.

GoogolPower is only authorized to mainly distribute to the UK and part of European counteries, they are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Luxemburg, France, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.. At this time, we only conduct eBay auctions for UK and these countries.

How long will it take for me to receive my item?

After you have paid for the item, we will deal with your order in 24 hours.

For UK customer, it usually takes 3 business days on the way via Royal Mail 1^st class recorded delivery. If you need it urgently, please add 2 pounds for Royal Mail special delivery, you can receive it the next business day after your payment.

For customer outside of UK, it usually takes 5 to 7 business days on the way.

Please note that our office is closed on Saturday, Sunday and most national holidays.

Can you combine the postage cost if I win more than one item?

Yes, we will provide a postage discount for you. The discount is up to the items you won, please email us for details.

Is shipping the same for Europe as it is for the UK?

No, customer should pay extra 6 pounds for international parcels (outside of UK). Please note that shipping costs will be charged in GBP.

If I am not happy with my item what will be done to take care of that?

GoogolPower guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will work with you until you are satisfied!

I do not want to bid on one of your auctionsan I buy it now?

What is my tracking #?

As soon as your item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and method of shipment.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

What do I do if my product is malfunctioning upon receiving?

If your product is malfunctioning, we recommend that you contact us at GoogolPower@Toppower.co.uk first. If it is determined that your product is defective, we will do all we can to expedite the process of getting a working item to you.

What does the one year warranty cover? 

The one year warranty guarantees that our product will be free from defects and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.   

What is my tax rate?

For UK customers, the final auction price includes VAT, so you won be charged the VAT again.

For customers outside of UK, the buyer is responsible for the applicable import duty and local tax, if any. If you have any questions, please verify with your customs before your purchase..

I live locally, can I just come in and pick my item up?

Our products are shipped from a separate warehouse facility. That facility does not offer pick-up service.

We are a non-profit tax-free organization, how do we complete the transaction?

We do not currently offer tax exempt sales through our eBay auctions.

I bid on and won the wrong item, what do I do?

eBay bids are legally binding agreements to purchase. GoogolPower has to pay eBay fees for each sale.  The only way to receive a refund on these fees is to file a on-paying bidder alert which impacts negatively on you as a buyer.  Please be careful with your bids to make sure that you are bidding correctly.  If, for some reason, you are not able to buy an item for a winning auction, contact us at GoogolPower@Toppower.co.uk as soon as possible and let us know the reason. We will probably be able to come up with an agreeable solution.

I did not realize this was a replacement item and I do not want it. How do we resolve this?

Again, please read every auction carefully to make sure that this is indeed the item that you want.  If, for some reason, you are not able to buy an item for a winning auction, contact us at GoogolPower@Toppower.co.uk as soon as possible and let us know the reason. We will probably be able to come up with an agreeable solution that will not result in negative feedback.
