Your item will be sent by 1st Class post) proof of postage obtained) on receipt of cleared payment.  For cleared payments received before 1pm, items will normally be posted that day.

If an item is faulty, please contact us asap and return the item within 7 days of receipt and we will send a replacement, if one is available, or refund your money. In either case your return postage will be refunded.

If the item is not faulty, but you wish to return it for either a refund or an exchange then you must pay the return postage and postage of any further items.
