Returns.

We aim to delight you. Should you need to return an item, please contact us within SEVEN days of receipt, and ensure that the item is returned to us within TWENTY ONE days of receipt.

If you've changed your mind, or the item is not suitable, postage is your responsibility. If the error is ours, or an item is faulty then we also refund shipping. We are fair and uncomplicated to deal with - in return, please be fair with us. If there is a problem, communicate by phone, or email - not through feedback!
