1) Lost Items - In the rare instance that an item is lost by the postal service, we will initiate a claim within the timeframe specified by royal mail. As part of the process Royal Mail will do a local search for your item and if found will redeliver it to you. If the item cannot be found we will issue you with a full refund asap.

2) Returns - If you are not happy in any way with your purchase we will refund the item on return of the product to us. You must return the same product that was originally sent out unopened and unsed and on return we will security check the item and then provide a refund.

3) Payment - We accept payment from uk customers by paypal, cheques and postal orders. For outside the uk payment can be accepted by paypal or by an international postal order which must be in pounds sterling.

4) Cheque payments - Please be aware that there is a 5 working day clearance time for cheques. Cheques can only be taken from uk customers and banks.

5) Feedback - Due to the large amount of items we sell it is impossible for us to leave personalised feedback for each transaction. We use a software package which automatically leaves +ves when we receive +ves. We appologise that this is rather impersonal however without time saving measures such as this we would not be able to run a successful ebay business.
