At funky-footwear our commitment is to your satisfaction. We aim to bring you the latest in high quality footwear at bargain prices.
All of our stock is brand new and boxed; we do not carry catalogue returns, seconds or end of lines.

DELIVERY
Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. We aim to post the goods the following working day after the payment has been received. All items sent by Royal Mail 1st class are insured for up to £30.00.
If the goods are required urgently extra postage can be paid for NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Please contact us prior to payment so that additional costs can be calculated. Your item will then be given priority and posted by Royal Mail Special delivery.
If you are unavailable to accept the delivered package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office, where it will be held for 3 weeks. If the item has not been collected within this time the package will be returned back to us. We will then require you to repay the original postage cost of the item, or a refund will be given less the postage costs.
If there is a problem with sending the goods within this timescale stated, (due to vacation etc) you will be informed.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your goods, please contact us 10 days after receiving your conformation of delivery email. Proof of postage is always obtained and therefore we should be able to trace the goods, if required a replacement will be issued.

Returns Policy
We are so confident that you will love your new purchase that If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return them at any time within 45 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All we ask is that you email us prior to sending and they are unworn (accept for trying on) and they are repacked with care.
