Fullspeed IT Limited is based in Hull, East Yorkshire. Don't believe everything you read about the place - it's not as bad as some people make out :-)

Selling power supplies, cables, heat shrink and lots of other accessories i'm always looking to expand my range. If there's a particular item that you're looking for then ask - if it's saleable I may be able to get it for you!

All items are new and unused unless very clearly stated in the auction description but please don't expect your items to come in fancy retail packaging - i'm more interested in supplying at the best price possible.

Auction Terms:

By buying it is taken that you have read and accepted the following guidelines.

General:

I always try to describe listed items as clearly as possible. If you have any questions as to the suitability of a particular item then please ask before buying. I will try and answer any questions you have clearly and honestly.

I try to carry a good stock of everything listed (more than 500 in stock on some items). Basically, if it's listed then it's in stock.

As I subscribe to Seller Manager Pro you will receive a number of automated emails during your purchase. You should receive a confirmation of order, a confirmation that your payment has been received and finally a confirmation when your order has been despatched. Sometimes these messages are caught by spamtraps but you'll always find a copy of them in your "My Messages" folder on eBay.

Returns:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase then please return it to me within 14 days of purchase in its original unmodified state and I will refund your purchase price. NB - you are responsible for the return postage costs.

All items carry a manufacturers warranty. This warranty covers you in the event of defects in material or workmanship of the product. It does not cover accidental or malicious damage. In the event of a problem arising within the warranty period then please contact me.

Please, if there is anything you are not sure about ask me. If you're unsure as to the suitability of an item it's best you ask me before buying.

Feedback

I respectfully ask that you leave me feedback on receipt of your goods - I use your feedback as an indication that your item has safely arrived and will immediately leave you feedback in return. Please contact me if you are considering leaving me neutral or negative feedback or if any part of your purchase was not to your satisfaction. I will always try and resolve any problems to your complete satisfaction.

Payment Terms:

I accept payment by cheque, postal orders, bank transfer, direct bank deposit and Paypal. NB - If your Paypal payment arrives in the form of an eCheque there will be a delay in despatching your order while your payment clears. If you find that your payment has been made in the form of an eCheque and wish to cancel the eCheque and pay with an alternative method please contact me!

All of my prices include VAT at the current rate. I will provide a VAT invoice on request. VAT invoices are sent via email in Adobe Acrobat pdf format only.

Postage Terms:

Postage and packing costs will be given in the auction description. Postage and packing is exactly that - postage AND packing. These costs include a packing and handling charge which goes towards the cost of envelopes / bubble wrap etc. As I am registered for VAT your postage and packing charge also includes an element of VAT at the current rate. The price you see is the price you pay - VAT is not added at checkout.

I will always offer a combined shipping discount on different items. It is very difficult to accurately include these costs within the auctions - therefore if buying more than one item you can either ask for the combined postage cost at checkout or pay full price and I will refund you the excess. If you think i've robbed you on postage please tell me!

Where possible I will ship within one working day of receiving cleared payment - however other commitments occasionally prevent this. More often than not I will post orders received by 3pm the same day provided payment is made by cleared funds.

Please note - I do not post on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
