About Us

Hi and thanks for dropping by!  My name is Dave and I’d like to tell you a little about Frontstalls and the people behind it.

I run Frontstalls and pride myself in offering you the best quality products and customer service available anywhere.  If you believe you have received excellent customer service please tell others, however if you think we could do better – tell me – I want you to be 101% satisfied with your contact with Frontstalls.  Frontstalls listens to all comments – positive or negative.

My business partner is Bea.  Her main role is taking the stack of parcels to the Post Office and dealing with feedback, questions from sellers and general stock related issues.

We always try and list all items with as much detail as possible – however should you want any other related information please do not hesitate to contact us.  Click here for information or use the “Ask The Seller” link on the specific item page.

Refunds

We offer refunds for any items lost or damaged in the post, where our post and parcel carrier* – confirms that the item has been lost or damaged.  We offer several different levels of postal insurance for any item bought from us – we recommend you seriously consider paying for the level of insurance you deem sufficient for your item.  Please note lower levels of insurance apply for parcels sent outside the UK** - Please ask for advice if you are unsure.

UK** Payment Options

Payment can be made by the following in order of preference -

1. PayPal – This is our preferred and recommended way of making payment.  Please make payments via www.paypal.com - Full details will be sent with your ebaY invoice - By making payment this way you also benefit from the PayPal Buyer Protection Scheme

2. BACS Transfer – Make payments direct into our Bank Account – Click Here to Ask Us For Details via ebaY for details

3. Cheques - Drawn in Sterling (£) on a branch of any bank in the UK** only - Cheques should be made payable to David Smith and be sent to PO Box 390, Rochester, ME2 2WD – we will dispatch the item as soon as the cheque clears – normally 5 days from the date it is paid in.

Postal Orders   - UK Royal Mail only – Drawn in Sterling (£), crossed and made payable to David Smith

4. Sterling (£) Cash is NOT accepted as it is a breach of ebaY's Payment policy

Rest of The World*** Payments

1. PayPal – This is the only way of making payment, if outside the UK**.  Please make payments via www.paypal.com - Full details will be sent with your ebaY invoice - By making payment this way you also benefit from the PayPal Buyer Protection Scheme

2. Cash (in any currency) is NOT accepted as it is a breach of ebaY's Payment policy

3. Please note we do not accept non UK** postal or money orders.  The reason for this is we are charged by our bank excessive charges for exchanging these.

Postage and Packaging

All items are sent in suitable packaging (i.e. card backed envelopes for theatre programmes, poster tubes for posters etc.) and postage quoted is:-

UK**

2nd Class for UK** addresses – items normally arrive within 3 working days of posting

1st Class and/or insurance (Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery) is also available at extra cost.  We recommend Recorded Delivery (£1.00 extra) for items up to £25 in value, or Special Delivery (£4.00 extra), for all items over £25 as Royal Mail will not pay out on any items valued at over £25 that are damaged or lost unless sent by Special Delivery.  If an item is paid for without insurance we will only be able to refund up to £25 for loss or damage at the discretion of Royal Mail.  If Royal Mail refuse or reduce the refund in cases where Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery has not been paid for we will supply you with any information you need to take the claim up with Royal Mail direct, but will not get involved ourselves. Please note any overpayment of postage - especially if buying multiple items - will be refunded to you when we post the items. We do not make any profit from the postage and packaging and deplore other less reputable sellers who do.

Rest of the World***

Royal Mail Airmail for all Rest of the World*** addresses – items normally arrive within 3 – 10 working days although this can be longer.

Surface Mail (around 3 to 10 weeks delivery time depending on location) is available for less cost – please enquire.  Insurance is also available at extra cost.  We recommend this for all purchases to the Rest of the World*** as claiming for “uninsured” lost or damaged items outside the UK** is often very slow and problematic.  For countries outside the EU a customs declaration will be completed, marker "Merchandise" and attached to the packet.  This is a postal requirement and we are unable to mark any purchase as a gift on this declaration due to legal requirements.  We do not make any profit from the postage and packaging and deplore other less reputable sellers who do. Please note Printed Paper rate is used for applicable items - even though ebaY's postage charts only allow us to show Small Packet. When the Small Packet rate is cheaper, this rate is then used.
