Payment and Customs

Payment should be received within 10 days from the end of the auction.
Accepted forms of payment. We accept paypal, cheques, postal orders and direct bank transfers currently. International customers please use paypal! Please check the Customs and Excise Laws for you country and how much you could be charged,we will ship your purchase worldwide!

Guarantees

RubberGirls warrantees and represents that the goods are as they are described in the above listing. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded. We must be advised of any faulty goods within 7 days. RubberGirls specifically disclaims any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We will guarentee your purchase for 7 days, if you wish to return this item un-worn within that period you may do so. We will refund the amount minus any shipping charges/payment gateway charges we have incurred. We will not be held responsible for the returned item being lost in the post as this is at the buyers own risk. Please insure the deilvery as we do for you.

 

Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000

All transactions are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000, which states that you have the right to 7 working days 'Cooling-off' period starting from the day the item was received. This is to allow for the fact that you did not have the chance to peruse the item as you would in a shop. If you wish to return your item: a) It must be done at your cost ie. the buyer must pay all return postage costs. This will not be refunded. b) The item must be returned in A1 condition and with all of the packaging intact so that the item can be resold as new. The item must also be packaged securely. If you fail to return the item to us, we can arrange for collection and the collection costs will be taken from your refund. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
