Payment Options - UK BUYERS. Paypal is my preferred payment method. You can also pay by bank transfer [please e-mail me], cheque, postal order or e-mail me for other options. EUROPEAN BUYERS. I prefer paypal, direct bank wire transfer or money order in UK£. Your invoice may give you further payment options or you can e-mail me. REST OF THE WORLD. You can pay by paypal or I will give you more options when you are sent your invoice. Unfortunately, I do NOT accept US Money Order or Cheques due to high UK bank charges. For Paypal, Postal Order and Bank Transfer payments I will normally ship your item the next working day. For payments made by cheque, I made need to let your cheque 'clear' before the item is shipped. This can take up to 5 working days. Thankyou for your patience.

Ebay buyers policies; Buyers cannot commit to buying an item (either by winning the item or buying an item in a Buy It Now listing) without paying. To understand the penalties, please refer to the unpaid item policy. Most of the items on eBay are auction-like listings and each bid is a binding contract. Certain eBay online auctions involve non-binding bids(for example, some property auctions). However, these non-binding bids represent a buyer’s serious expression of interest in buying the seller’s item, and insincere bidding is not permitted. Bid on or buy an item when they do not meet the seller’s terms as outlined in the item listing, or bid or buy with the intention of disrupting a listing. This is known as unwelcome and malicious buying; engage in shill biding to increase an item’s price or apparent desirability artificially. Bidders on an item must be wholly independent from the seller of that item. Unpaid item policy; Buyers automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if they win the online auction-style listing or use the Buy It Now feature. EBay’s Unpaid Item policy requires buyers to pay the seller for the items that they commit to purchase. Sellers can file an unpaid item dispute with eBay for each of their items that were bought but not paid for. eBay will issue a strike on the account of the buyer who does not honour their obligation to pay (unless the buyer and seller mutually agree not to complete the transaction). If a buyer gets too many strikes within a short period, their account will be suspended indefinitely. In some cases, limits may be placed on the buyer’s account in advance of suspension. When a buyer doesn’t pay for an item they have won or purchased, it costs the seller time and money. EBay’s Unpaid Item policy is necessary to enforce the contractual obligations entered into between buyer and seller by placing a bid or using Buy It Now. It also helps to facilitate successful trading on the site. Buyers who do not meet the seller’s terms as outlined in the item listing are not permitted to bid on or buy the item. Furthermore, buyers are not permitted to place bids or purchase items with the primary intent of disrupting a listing. Sellers are permitted to exclude bidders at any time prior to the listing close and are free to cancel unwelcome bids. After a seller has cancelled a bid, the bidder may not place a new bid without the seller's permission. Breaches of this policy may result in a range of actions, including: Listing cancellation; Limits on account privileges; Account suspension; Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings ; Loss of PowerSeller status . When you bid on an item you enter into a binding contract with the seller to purchase the item if you are the highest bidder at the end of the listing. All bids are active until the auction ends. If you win a listing, you’re obligated to complete the transaction. You are only permitted to retract your bid under the following special circumstances: You entered the wrong amount (you should place a bid for the correct amount shortly after you retract your bid); The seller changed the item description; You cannot contact the seller. Misuse of the bid retraction option to manipulate the bidding process is not permitted. This includes any manipulation of the bidding process to discover the maximum bid of the current high bidder or to uncover the reserve price. Returns Returns are accepted. Please notify us within 5 days of receipt  that you are returning an item to us and it must then be received within 28 days. Please return in the same condition that it was dispatched, including any tags and labels. Your paypal payment will be refunded within 3 days of the item being received by us.  We rely on the customer to purchase the correct size item. If this is returned as being the wrong size, then the customer must bear the return shipping costs themselves. We do a visual inspection of all of our items and try and describe any faults honestly. Sometimes things do get missed and occasionally an item may not live up to the expectations of the buyer. If the item is faulty or damaged then you can return it and we will refund the payment and the customers return shipping costs.
