Since we began selling on Ebay in Early 2003 we have become one of the most reliable and recognised mobile phone accessory specialists on Ebay. Our products range from everything you could need to personalise or to improve your mobile phone. With an excellent customer service record on Ebay (over 99% feedback) we are proud to be part of the Ebay community.

Payment
We accept payment via various methods and are verified members with both Nochex and Paypal. We also accept payment via cheque, postal orders and bank transfer. We do advise buyers to use Ebay checkout if paying by Cheque, postal order or bank transfer. As this will help us in keeping track of buyers purchases.
Sending payment via post:
When sending payment please provide item no. and address, most buyers usually print our the ebay invoice or listing which contains all information needed to process cheques and postal orders.
Processing Cheques/Postal orders
Once cheques are received orders are usually dispatched once they clear . Cheques take approximately 5 days to clear, once your order is ready for dispatch you will be contacted.
None of our payment methods carry any surcharges
Delivery
We use Royal Mail to dispatch all our items. Most items are sent via first class post and are dispatched within 2 days of purchase. If you would like an item to be guaranteed we do offer the option of special delivery but this will inevitably cost more.
International Delivery?
We deliver to USA, Australia, Canada and Most of Europe. We provide 2 methods of delivery, Royal Mail Airmail and Royal Mail International Signed For.

Lost or Damaged items
Occasionally items can be lost in the post or arrive damaged, this is unavoidable and depends on the service of Royal Mail. If an item is damaged upon receipt you can return it within 7 days for an exchange. If an item has not been received and the standard delivery time has passed then please contact us and in most cases we send a replacement item out.
Returns
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Fonewear. It is our aim to offer you value and quality at outstandingly low prices. If for any reason the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival simply inform us within 7 days of purchase and you can return it to us in its original packaging in re-saleable condition. The item will be exchanged or cost of item refunded.
Are Postage fees refunded?
Unfortunately postage fees are non refundable and postage on returns must be paid for by the buyer.
