Packaging

All items are packaged in suitable Envelopes and wrapping bubble or secure boxes to ensure they are delivered without any sort of damage.

 

Delicate items are despatched with the RECORDED DELIVERY so that we can ensure that your item is handled securely and delivered on time. However items are more likely to be delayed during Industrial Action (POSTAL STRIKE) and we are less able to confirm delivery. Please bear with us, 'TRACKING NUMBER' information can be provided on customer's request.

 

We Will refund full amount in two weeks if the item is considered lost by ROYAL MAIL.

Communication

We aim to deal with all e-mails with in 24-48hrs Monday to Friday.

Payment

We prefer PAYPAL payments only but on special request we can also accept payments via POSTAL ORDER. The orders are only processed when the payments is cleared.

Replacement or Refund Policy

All items are sent tested and in good working condition but if for any reason the item arrived is damaged or faulty then please contact us via EBAY ONLY.

 

We accept returns for REPLACEMENT or REFUND within 7 days of receipt only. Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and RE-SALEABLE condition.

 

We will no accept:

1. If the returned LCDs will not have FM and Warrenty Sticker on.
2. If the returned LCDs is arrived broken.

To guarantee receipt YOU must return the item via RECORDED DELIVERY. Make sure to include your EBAY ID clearly and a brief MESSAGE so that we could match it with the system. All Returns are then processed within 1-2 working days of receipt. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance.
