The Flags We Sell
All of the flags we sell are guaranteed to be brand new. We only purchase from reputable UK suppliers. Don't forget to search our shop as some items are exclusive to it.
Postage & Payment
We Ship WORLDWIDE 6 Days A Week
UK delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class Standard and takes around 1-3 days to arrive.
Rest Of World delivery is by Royal Mail Airmail and takes around 3-14 days to arrive.
Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 7 working days (UK) and 21 working days (Rest Of World) before being able to trace, replace or refund items lost in transit.

Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from receipt of an item!
Our returns procedure:
- Returns Authorisation - Before you return an item you must first e-mail us to notify us. We will then reply with a returns address.
- Posting - We recommend you post by Recorded Delivery
- Replacement or Refund - We will ask you whether you want to replace the item (provided it is in stock) or give you a full refund.
Note: returns for unwanted item(s) are only valid if the item(s) are returned new and un-used.
