These terms & conditions only apply to buy it now and fixed price purchases from Flo's Lot via eBay. Please read these terms carefully and print a copy of them for your reference. These terms may vary from time to time and you should check them before making new purchases.

· PLACING AN ORDER
Please use the buy it now button to place your order, we will then send you an order confirmation email. Then complete eBay checkout to make payment. You can pay either through Paypal which offers secure payment methods or by cheque at the above address. Full payment instructions along with the total to pay including any post and packing charges are provided during checkout and in our order confirmation email as well. Please make sure that the delivery address you have registered with eBay or Paypal is correct, we only dispatch to this address. We do not keep a copy of your details. If you make an error please use the back button.
· DELIVERY
All delivery costs are clearly shown within the item description before purchase, please make sure that you have checked the delivery costs before placing an order. Delivery will be through Royal Mail or courier (usually Parcelforce) or delivery by hand. Items are dispatched 3 times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays) and can take 3 to 4 days to arrive from dispatch for delivery to UK addresses and upto 15 days for overseas addresses. All goods are dispatched from the above address unless otherwise stated in the item description. Order cut off time is 6pm preceeding dispatch day, orders placed after this time will be processed for the subsequent dispatch day.
· CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
You may cancel the purchase and return any unused product you buy from us within 7 working days of receipt. To enable us to authorise a return you must contact us in writing at the above address or by email at tussilebude@gmail.com clearly stating your buyer user id and the item number. We can then authorise the return and will issue a full refund within 30 days. You do not have to give us a reason for cancellation, but a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. Items sold through auction are exempt from returns. If you cancel you must return the item to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the item is packaged adequatley to protect against damage. If you fail to return the item after cancellation we will collect and charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation and returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
· PRODUCT GUARANTEES
If there is a problem with your item please contact us at the above address in writing or by email and we will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. No claim will be entertained in respect of any goods which have been repaired or altered in any way or have been the subject of any accident or damage caused by an innocent, wilful or negligent act or omission of the customer or through use not in accordance with the manufacturers instructions by the customer.
