Our shop is next door to the post office so we aim to ship out regularly throughout the day. Last posting is at 4pm.we also use parcelforce 24hr & 48 last pick up at 3pm please note that dispatch times may very due to ours and the postal system opening times and items may be delayed at busy times or bank holidays etc

POSTAGE

All our postage prices Inc shipping/packaging & handling fees and a postal receipt is always kept so if you have a problem this can be sent to you for claims etc

RETURNS

We do accept returns

Please notify us first by useing the ebay message system (not email) as that could be missed due to spam filters etc

COLLECTIONS

Please note you may collect any buy now item from our store please request a total from us so we can take off the postage cost for you if you are paying by paypal

Please note no collections for auction style listings due to too many problems in the past

MESSAGES

We look at our ebay messages constantly throughout the day so expect a quick reply

NON PAYING BUYERS

If you have not paid for your item within 7 days we will send a reminder invoice and if we still have not received payment shortly after that we will file a non paying bidder report to ebay and if still no payment you will receive a non payment strike against you that will not be removed and banned from buying from us in the future
