Where possible I will combine shipping and reduce the postage costs, please note that books are shipped in professional book mailing cartons which add to the postage & packing cost, but they do offer excellent protection during transit.
Dispatch is usually the next working day after payment is received, and I will drop you an email to let you know that your order has been dispatched.

I have a flexible returns policy: DVDs can be returned within 7 days of receipt as long as they are still sealed, books and other items must still be in a 'as new' unused condition.
Unless the item has been mis-described return postage will be at the purchasers cost.
