REFUND POLICY

I strongly believe in excellent customer service and will always try my best to ensure you are happy with your purchase. All I ask is that you read the following information regarding refunds so as not to have any issues later.

1) If an item is damaged or faulty when you receive it I will offer an exchange, or refund, on the cost of the DVD or CD (excluding postage costs) providing the item is returned to me within a week. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.

2) I WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS TO CUSTOMERS WHO BUY INCORRECT REGION DVD'S. ALL THE DVD'S I SELL ARE EITHER REGION 2 OR REGION 0 AND IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THAT THEY PLAY IN THEIR COUNTRY PRIOR TO PURCHASING.

3) I send out 100's of items every week via Royal Mail and fortunately the instances of items going missing is very, very small (less than 0.25%). However, sometimes things do go missing which I cannot be held responsible for. If you do not receive something from me within 14 days (21 if overseas) of your purchase please contact me to let me know. I will ask for confirmation of your full, correct address so that I can double check my history. You should also check with your local Post Office or sorting office to see if they have any items for you as cards are not always left by the Postman. I will then chase it up and let you know what is happening. If things do go missing only a PARTIAL REFUND will be offered, or a replacement if appropriate.

DVD Regions Discs manufactured in one region will usually only play on players that were manufactured in the same region, so discs bought in the USA will not play on U.K. players and vice versa. However, the regional coding system is entirely optional and discs without Regional Codes (region 0) will play on any player in any country. Please check the map below to make sure our DVDs will be able to play on your DVD machine. If in doubt, check your DVD manual, or with the manufacturer. Region 01 Canada, U.S., U.S. Territories.
