We are a small family business based both in UK and Thailand. I am from the South of England and ran various music and film related businesses in London and Kent, before moving to Thailand. My wife and son now run the business here and I only advise/assist with movie information for Ebay listings. We operate in the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand but also have a UK address. All of our films are licenced products and we are always adding new titles weekly. Everything in our shop is physically held and ready to post. We pride ourselves on fast despatch, 7 days a week. DVDs
All items listed are physically held and ready to post.
All items listed are genuine licenced releases. I do not support piracy, DVDR, bootlegs or mainland Chinese or other such copies.
All Thai DVDs have a Thai language soundtrack in addition to English (or other language) stated in the item description.
Some Thai DVDs automatically default to Thai language if you simply press PLAY. Use your remote control to choose English language/ subtitles options from the SETUP/LANGUAGE screen.
All Thai DVD sleeves have some Thai writing on them. All pictures of films are scanned from the originals held.
Most Thai DVDs are either REGION 3 (PAL or NTSC format) or 0 (ALL REGION) PAL or NTSC format. US and Canadian buyers need a multi region DVD player and a PAL compatible TV/DVD system to play PAL format discs from anywhere in the world. All DVDs can be viewed on pc/laptop DVD ROM drives as well as compatible DVD/tv systems.
AIRMAIL SHIPPING
I post worldwide. Standard DVDs are normally sent in a high quality padded postpack. Larger items/gift sets are normally sent in a heavy card postbox.
I am one of the few sellers in the world who has access to a Post Office 7 days a week.
Items are always shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment (public holidays permitting).
All items are sent registered priority airmail (signature required upon delivery). Delivery times vary depending upon location and time of year. Estimated current delivery times are:
Australia 5-7 working days.
UK 6-9 working days.
Europe 10-15 working days.
Italy 15-20 working days.
USA/Canada 15+ working days.
Occasionally items are delayed by Customs or for other reasons outside my control. I ask all buyers to be patient, as there is no delay in posting at my end and I cannot be responsible for delays in your local postal services. If you want a copy of your posting receipt simply mail me.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure they are familiar with their own country's customs tax rules on imported goods.
I am not responsible for any importation charges that may be levied on you.
SHIPPING COSTS
All Buy It Now DVD listings now offer FREE shipping worldwide.
From time to time we also list heavier film / music memorabilia, movie collectables and other items including DVDs for auction, which will have shipping costs shown on the listing. For multiple purchases which have shipping costs shown, please contact me before buying or wait until a combined reduced postage invoice has been raised.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
On the rare occasion when there is a manufacturing fault or you are unhappy with the playability of the disc, items can be returned to our UK address for checking. If the disc is found to be faulty, it will be replaced at my expense and I will also give you a store credit for your return postage charge.
Buyers are requested to ensure that DVD player/TV system incompatibility is not the cause before returning items.
If you change your mind about your purchase after it has been despatched, items can be returned at your expense, in the same state as shipped, ie. still sealed, within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
Return post costs are the buyer's responsibility. Contact me in Ebay before returning anything please.
Shipping and Handling for your order is a non-refundable cost, unless the item you purchased/ won was listed incorrectly or you were sent the wrong item.
Refunds will only be processed via Paypal.

I automatically leave feedback after I receive yours. This enables me to better assess current delivery times and tells me whether you had a good buying experience.
Please don’t leave adverse feedback without contacting me first. I want my customers to be happy with their purchase. If you have a problem let me know. Most problems can be resolved amicably.
PAYMENT
I only accept payments via PAYPAL (Paypal to Paypal, credit/debit card, E Cheque).
If payment is not received within the terms of the auction/BIN listing, the matter will be referred to Ebay so that I can reclaim my fees.
Please be aware that payments funded by a bank account (normally referred to as E-Cheque payments) can take between 5 and 18 days to clear. Inevitably this leads to a delay in posting.
DVD COMPATABILITY
If you are not sure whether your DVD player plays Region 3 or Region 0 discs, click on my "Reviews & Guides" (accessible from any of my item pages) for more information about DVD formats. Basically, if UK/European/Australian buyers have a multi region player then there is no problem, irrespective of region code/format.
