Customer service is very important to us, We take full responsibility for ensuring that your purchase goes smoothly and that trading is fair and honest. We guarantee that if any of our eyeglasses are delivered broken or damaged, We will replace it without question if returned to us. We will also accept returns if you change your mind within 14 days,( distance and internet selling regulations) and send the item back to us in the original condition. We will refund the purchase price (not the postage). You should send them back by recorded delivery and let us know to expect them in advance. Our business despatches from two small centres.
