Shipping

Postage Details: All  parcels within the UK are sent using your choice of either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class and are packed safely and despatched at the first chance. Postage Discount: We offer a postage discount of £1.00 off each additional item after the first. This discount is automatic when multiple items are purchased from the same listing but multiple items bought from seperate listings will need to have the P+P adjusted at the checkout or refunded back to you after checkout.

Outside the UK: Any item being delivered to a non UK address will be sent using Royal Mail Airmail, Any item listing that does not quote Airmail costs is not available to non UK addresses.

Terms of Service

UK Customers can cancel their order within 14 working days of receipt and return the item for a refund of the item price as long the item is complete with packaging unopened and in a resaleable condition. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return when the item is unwanted, unsuitable or bought in error, and we regret that in these cases return postage costs are not refunded.

Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item then this must be reported as soon as possible and returned to us with packaging. Once the item has been returned by you and received by us the item will be tested and if proven faulty a replacment sent, if no replacment is available or if the product is out of stock then you will be fully refunded. Return postage will be refunded back to you in cases where the product is found to be faulty.

In all cases please email as soon as possible so we can provide you with the correct return address and details, random returns without a return number will be refused.

Contacting Us: Please use the eBay message service which you will find in your 'my ebay' under 'my messages' when contacting us. Emails sent via your standard email service don't always arive with us and are easily lost. Please also allow 48 hours (not including weekends, & holidays) for us to reply although most messages are awnsered within 24 hours and usualy between the hours of 9 to 5 from Monday to Friday.
