  • We accept all major credit cards except Amex - please call us on 01284 760999 (Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm)
  • For cheques and crossed PO's we will ship goods upon clearance of funds (typically 5-7 WORKING days from receipt).
  • We accept payment by direct bank transfer, please email us for bank details if you wish to use this payment option.
  • Paypal requires us to ship only to the address specified on the payment notification, alternate addresses advised thereafter are not possible.

  • All goods are insured up to bid value.
  • All goods are shipped by courier and will require signature on delivery. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
  • You are welcome to collect goods from our premises, we are open 9.00am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • We may be able to combine shipping costs for items purchased on the same day - please email us for a quotation.
  • We ship to mainland UK, N Ireland, Republic Of Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands. Non UK mainland shipping costs are detailed below.

  • We expect winning bidder to contact us within 3 days of auction close, and to receive payment within 10 days. After this time the item will be either re-listed or offered to an under bidder.
  • In fairness to all bidders, we do not entertain ending auctions early.
  • We will respond to all emails within 8 business hours.
  • Enquiries over the weekend will not normally be dealt with until Monday morning.

  • Unless otherwise stated new products have 12 months warranty and used products have 6 months.
  • All warranties for UK mainland are on the basis of courier collect, unless specifically stated otherwise - we will arrange collection of your item, it will be repaired/exchanged, then shipped back to you. For non-mainland addresses the buyer will be responsible for carriage charges back to us, we will then repair/exchange the item and we will pay for the return shipping.
  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you have 7 days from receipt of goods to notify us in writing of your intention to return the item and a further 7 days to get the item back to us. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to us and we strongly advise using an insured and tracked delivery service.
  • If you have a faulty or incorrectly despatched item then please contact us for a returns number. This returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the parcel and on any correspondence with us.
