Feedback Policy
At Safety One UK Ltd our policy on feedback is to leave feedback after you the buyer has left feedback for us. Our reason for this is to ensure that the customer has received the goods, is completly satisfied with the goods and with our servce.
Please can we request that if you are not satisfied with our service or the goods that you email us at sales@safety-one.co.uk and give us the oppurtunity to rectify your concerns before you leave Negative or Neutral Feedback.

Delivery
Our normal policy is to dispatch goods within 2 working days of receipt of payment, you will automatically receive an email / message through eBay when your goods have packed are are ready to be dispatched. Please Note: We only dispatch Monday to Friday
Here at Safety One UK Ltd we offer a number of postal service which include 1st Class, 2nd Class, Recorded Mail, Special Delivey, Airmail, Internationally signed for mail and Parcelforce 24 or 48 courier service. All of our listings will offer you a range of postal services, please select the one you require or email us if you can not find the service you require.
If you have received a dispatch email but have not recieved your goods, please read the following. Royal Mail will only class a parcel as missing if it has not been received 15 working days after the post date for UK mail or 21 working days after the post date for International Mail. After this time has elapsed and you still have not received your goods, please email us at sales@safety-one.co.uk we will then send out a replacement and will claim for the loss on your behalf against the Royal Mail. Can we please ask, that you don't penalise us for a poor performance of the Royal Mail by leaving Negative or Neutral feedback if they lose or take a long time to deliver your parcel.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you should be dissatisfied with your purchase, please return the goods within fourteen days in its original packaging for a full refund or replacement of the item. If the item is not as described or an item has been sent in error, then a refund for your postage will also be given.

However, please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned earplugs unless they are unopened in sealed bags, boxes or dispensers.
