Please note all enquiries for spare parts must be accompanied with the specific manufactures make and model number. We can supply spares and accessories for most leading makes of TV, video and camcorder; for cookers, washing machines, fridges, freezers, microwaves, fires and vacuum cleaners; for small appliances like kettles, irons and shavers and much, much more.
When it comes to frequently requested spares like microwave glass turntables, shaver foils and TV/DVD remote controls, we can usually supply the right one for any current or recent model.
Please note that these may not always be the same make as the appliance itself, but are guaranteed to perform as well as the part they replace.
Product Safety Information Customers are advised to read any instructions supplied with the goods concerning their operation and use.
When installing or repairing and electrical components or equipment, we recommend that the Customer consults a suitable qualified and competent electrician.
Toner and Ink Cartridges
If you use toner and ink jet cartridges in your workplace and are looking to save money our products could be the solution. We stock over 250 makes and models of the highest quality reliable toners at a fraction of the cost of main suppliers’ prices.
Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, Minolta, Panasonic, Oki, Samsung and Xerox toners are available at least half the current retail price. In some cases, there are savings of up to 70% to be made.

Customer Returns Policy:
* If for any reason your item is damaged upon receiving it let us know and a replacement will be sent out. We would require the old item back and would supply a FREEPOST returns address.
* Please contact us with any problems first to see how we can resolve them before leaving poor feedback. Emails are read each day and you should receive a response before the following day.
* Our eBay reputation means a lot to us and we are committed to offering excellent customer service. Postage and Shipping Postage and shipping charges are as stated in the listing. Goods are shipped the following day from receiving payment. All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class post. Please allow up to 5 working days. Our shipping/handling charge is not simply the postage costs. This charge is to cover postage, envelope, box, bubble wrap, tape, manpower and delivery to postal sorting office.

Delivery Service and Charges
We try to make the Delivery process as simple as possible and are able to send your order to your home or work address.
We endeavour to despatch all orders placed before 3.30 pm (Monday - Friday) within 24 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed outside this time will be processed the following working day.
We aim to deliver within 5 working days (for UK orders), but due to high order volumes during certain sales periods please allow 7 working days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
