We aim to describe all our items completely and accurately.  Please ensure you read the full item description prior to bidding.

If you are intending to use an item for any purpose other than the one stated in the item description then we will not be responsible for any issues arising from non-compatibility.

We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days of cleared funds being received.  Method of postage is stated in the item description.  We always obtain a certificate of posting.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction. We follow Ebay's unpaid item process and report all non-paying bidders to Ebay which may result in the suspension of their account. Negative feedback will also be left for all non-paying bidders.

If bidding on more than one item at the same time and wish to combine postage, please wait until you have received an invoice from us prior to sending payment. The item with the highest postage cost will be charged at full price while postage for any subsequent items will be charged at 50% of the stated postage cost.

Postage and packaging charges do not necessarily represent the actual postage cost. We aim to offer a competitive price including postage.  Please make your purchase decision based on the total cost of the item including postage.

Return postage must be covered by the buyer and a certificate of posting should be obtained from the post office.  If no certificate of posting is obtained and the item is lost in the post, no claim would be able to made against the post office and the buyer would be liable.

All claims for replacements must be notified in the first instance by e-mail and within 3 days of receipt.  The day of receipt will be taken as 2 working days after the day of dispatch.

The Royal Mail do not class post as lost until 21 days have passed. Normally, where an item does not arrive, it has been returned to the sorting office. If your item does not arrive, in the first instance you must check at your local sorting office to see if it is there. In the unlikley event that your item is lost in the post then we will supply the certificate of posting for you to make a claim against the Royal Mail. It is the buyer's responsibility to make the claim to the Royal Mail or any other carrier that is used.

All sales are final.  In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we will always replace it (subject to the terms and conditions above).  Refunds are not offered.

Bidding or using 'Buy It Now' on any of our items implies acceptance of terms and conditions.  If you do not accept the terms and conditions, please do not bid.

We automate the feedack process.  Feedback will be left for you as soon as you post feedback for us.
