All of the DVDs we sell are guaranteed to be brand new. We only purchase from reputable UK suppliers and never sell illegal counterfeit copies.
Postage
UK Delivery: Your order is sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Standard and takes around 1-3 days to arrive. Rest of World delivery is by Royal Mail Airmail and takes around 3-14 days to arrive. Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 14 working days (UK) and 28 working days (Rest of World) before being able to trace, replace or refund any items lost in transit.
DVD Region Code
DVD region code is a provision that requires DVD players to accept DVDs that are only meant to be played within one of six designated world regions.
A Region 1 disc cannot be played in a Region 2 DVD player for example.

What is Region 0?
Also known as egion Allor egion Free Region 0 discs are compatible with any DVD player as they are specifically enabled for all geographical areas. Region 0 discs we sell are PAL formatted. If you are an overseas buyer we recommend you make sure your DVD player can play this format.

Returns & Refunds
Return Policy details:
Any unwanted DVD that is unopened / unsealed may be returned within 7 working days of the end of the Auction in accordance with the UK's Distance Selling Regulations.
Goods that have been opened / unsealed may only be returned if faulty.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items and a recorded delivery service is strongly recommended.
eBuy Marketing reserve the right to charge a small administration fee to cover the cost of Re-listing and Final Value Fees of unwanted items that are returned. Details will be provided upon request.
