Terms & Conditions
All transactions/auctions are subject to following terms & Conditions.
1. The winning bidder must contact within 3 days & payment received within 7 days.
2. Non paying bidders will be reported to ebay.
3. If you have a question, please ask before bidding.
4. We reserve the right to cancel bids.
5. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
6. We do not offer a home approval service.
7. Most of the goods we sell are of a technical nature, pictures, despcriptions and spec are approx, we cannot be held responsible for errors. n case of a genuine error in describing, the winning bid minus original p&p will be offered, provided goods received in same condition & complete. If the goods are returned you must cover the cost.
8. All goods delivered, must be signed for as 'UNCHECKED', if goods are damaged etc, we must receive confirmation by email within 2 days of receipt. Upon which we shall offer advice regarding a refund or replacement (replacement is the first option). WE can only offer compensation if you have signed for the gods as 'unchecked'
9. No goods should be returned prior to consultation & our approval. Any cost in returning the goods must be met by you. If the returned goods are found to be in working order, they will be returned back to you, together with a charge of 25% + all cost of postage for its return, you will be responsible for paying this charge. If a refund is given, it will be auction value only, paypal fees + the original postage paid will not be refunded.
10. Regretfully we cannot offer a home approval service due to our low profit margin. Please note you are buying from an online auction.
11. All goods are sold without any warrantee implied. If manufacturer or distributor warrantee is stated or if a guarantee card is enclosed, you the customer must contact them and arrange service. Please note under no circumstances should the goods be returned to us even on advice of the distributor or manufacturer. The warrantee is at the discretion of the manufacturer or distributor, we cannot be held for non honoured claims by a manufacturer or disctributor.
12. You will be asked for a convenient delivery time, if however an item gets returned back to us due to a failed delivery, you will be charged this amount. You will also be charged if a third delivery attempt is made.
123 We sell both New and Graded products, It is impossible for us to describe the condition of each item individually. Graded could mean, damaged box, ex display/demo, slight blemish, mail order return etc etc.
