• Payment to be sent within 10 days, unless prior arrangement is made. I accept Paypal (www.paypal.com), Postal Orders (uk only), Cheques (uk only), we may accept other currencies (email for details). All cheques made payable to Mark Abson 12 fenton way, rotherham, S61 4QG. We do not accept non-uk postal orders or non-uk cheques.

• No bidders with feedback less than 0.

• I take my responsibilities on Ebay very seriously.

• I reserve the right to cancel unwanted bids and to use the second chance option if payment not received within 10 days.

• MY SET EMAILS TO YOU.

* 1) Item purchased email.

* 2) Payment received email.

* 3) Item sent email.

• Goods will only be dispatched upon clearance of payment, we send automated emails (ONLY) regarding payments clearing/ posted items, I normally post goods within a few days but we do allow up to 8 WORKING DAYS (a working day is mon-fri & does not include saturdays or sundays or bank/public holidays). 'Vinyl based' items (EG. Car Graphics, race numbers) may be ordered in, & may take longer dependant on choice of colour, style, etc.

We use SET EMAILS FOR OUR COMMS (this ensures EVERY buyer gets the same emails). If you have NOT received your 'item sent' email afer 1 week, please get in touch ASAP by sending an email to dungeonmaster1972@yahoo.co.uk and marking it as URGENT in the title/subject (on the 8th day or after, NOT BEFORE), and i will get a personal answer to your ASAP (normally within the hour, but please give us 24 hrs). When the item is sent, we send an automated "item sent email" to the buyers email address that they registered with ebay. I read 100% of the ebay messages i receive, so please use ebay messages.

• Goods are sold as seen. Every effort is made to describe the goods correctly. Goods may vary from pictures shown. Any photo reproduction is for guidance only. Some colours cannot be faithfully reproduced and may vary slightly as these are natural products. Please refer to our stock list. Some photo images have been resized and may not retain exact proportion, please refer to actual sizes quoted in the text. I do not offer a 'try it out and return it if u do not like it' scheme. If you are unsure, please feel free to ask as many questions as you like, before you buy.

• Postal Insurance(only £0.63p) is optional UK bidders. Oversea's bidders must ask for postal insurance and pay an additional £5.00 at checkout, if required. I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post, if no insurance is taken. Although I will assist in any claim you wish to make with the Postal Service. Visit www.royalmail.com. I post Hundreds of items each week, i do not keep individual postal recepits, i do keep the the Totalled receipt. I use second class as standard postage, i also use first class and parcel force on occassion. I advise all Ebayers take out postal insurance. Some auctions have postal inurance as part of the package & these are marked as such in the auction description (uk only).Note special or recorded delivery get kept for 1 week by royalmail before returning to sender. For all other items royalmail keep the item for upto 3 weeks at your local main post depo, before returning to sender. If any items get returned to me i do re-post and at my cost !!

• COMMON PROBLEMS.

  If you have NOT received your item, then you may have not correctly followed the auction. If the auction is a custom made item or a custom made 'vinyl-based' item (eg graphics, race numbers, etc) then please ensure you have given us all the requirements needed to make your item, including but not limited to: choice of colour(s), size choice, if you have ordered more than 1 item togehter be sure to let us know how you would like them (eg if you have bought 2 'horse decals' and you want them to go down either side of your lorry, then be sure to let us know), alot of our 'vinyl based' items are custom made and may need to be ordered in especially if metallic, non default colour, etc.

• I combine postage if the buyer buys more than 1 item (ending on the same day), to SAVE the buyer monies on postage (normally SAVING £1.00 per item after 1st).

• If at any time an item has to be returned to me, please return the item (address on previous invoice & all emails), I will not be responsible for return postage costs (please include a covering letter with full details & mark 'refund' or 'replacement' and i would advise to send it with recorded delivery), All returned good must be in pristine condition (as it was received with full packaging), Refunds are normally offered minus P&P cost(as marked on the auction, which covers some of my fees for selling the item, sending out the item, packaging, etc). Note most of the items i sell in the shop not manufacture or design them, so any questions on the products should go to the manufacturer or designer, although if i can offer advice i normally try and help. Faulty goods, return 4 full refund. Goods can be returned at any time (within 14 days of receiving), so no long conversations with me are required. Most items are tested b4 dispatch, and 90% of all returned items actually work fine (user error), so make sure you have tried everything before returning, or sought advice if unsure how to use. If the item returned works fine, there is a difficult possition of buyers sometimes having to pay return postage costs. Monies will be refunded normally within 14 days of receiving the item. Refunds are not normally offered for custom made items, any 'hygiene items', cds & dvds, any opened (ie not re-sellable) items, etc. Please read Ebays advice on non completion of purchase.

The Postal Charges (inc postage, packing & handling) are upfront and included in each auction. Please only bid when you are happy to pay the UPFRONT costs.

• Non paying bidders will be left Negative feedback and reported to eBay.
