UK ONLY: If you require your item in a hurry, then for an additional .95, we offer Royal Mail SPECIAL DELIVERY. This service guarantees Next Day Delivery before 1.00pm (Monday to Friday). Parcels sent via Special Delivery on a Friday are guaranteed to be delivered the following Monday.

We pride ourselves on our eBay Feedback rating, and feel that this is due to the speed in which we despatch orders, and our after sales care.
POSITIVE FEEDBACK: If you leave us POSITIVE FEEDBACK, then you will automatically receive Positive Feedback from us.
NEUTRAL OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK: Due to our exceptional Customer Care, both prior to despatch (You will be informed via Email that Payment has been received, and again when your item has been despatched) and after you receive your item (See our Returns Policy below) we feel that feedback other than Positive is unwelcome & unnecessary. Our Policy is therefore, if we receive Neutral or Negative Feedback, then you will receive the same from us!!

Returns Policy
Items MUST be returned within 5 DAYS OF DESPATCH (3 days from the date they were received) - We feel that this is ample time to try on the costume to ensure that it lives up to your expectations. Please note, items returned after this time, WILL NOT be considered for a refund.
GOODS RETURN NUMBER: Before returning any item, you must first contact us on 02920 869101 Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm (DO NOT EMAIL US) for a GOODS RETURN NUMBER. The GRN number must be included with the returned item; without this, we will not be able to process the return, and the item will be sent back to you at your cost
Damaged / Faulty Goods:
Will be replaced on a Like for Like basis.
POSTAGE: We do not refund shipping costs; it is your responsibility to return the item to us.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND? We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving them. During October to December this may take up to 28 days.
How Much will I receive in my Refund?
We will refund you the full value of the item returned LESS 10%. This basically covers the ebay fees that we incurred when the purchase was made.
What we will NOT Refund:
1) Items returned without a Goods Return Number.
2) Items returned longer than 5 days from date of despatch.
3) Items that have been Worn/ Washes / Soiled or Torn.
4) Items returned without COMPLETE Packaging (including Header Cards & Tags that have been removed).
5) Items must be absolutely FREE of ODOR - Including the smell of Smoke.

7) Items must not be altered in any way.
ALL of the above will be returned at Customers Cost.
COSTUME EXCHANGE:
Can I exchange my item? Yes, but you must first contact us as above, within 3 days of despatch to obtain a Goods Return Number. You will also be asked to include .00 to cover the Postage Costs of sending the replacement item to you.
