Please Visit Us Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Founded in 1913, Delta Sigma Theta (ST has a membership of over 200,000 predominately African-American, college-educated women, with 900-plus chapters across the U.S., Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. DST owns several trademarks registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for various word and design marks incorporating its DELTA SIGMA THETA brand. These include the marks DST (Reg. No. 2,201,178), DELTA SIGMA THETA SORORITY, INC. (Reg. No. 2,197,647), DST & Torch Design (Registration No. 2,199,609), and DST & Crest Design (Reg. No. 2,199,610) (collectively, the elta Sigma Theta Marks. DST vigilantly protects its substantial goodwill and reputation associated with the Delta Sigma Theta Marks. Merchandise bearing the Delta Sigma Theta Marks may be distributed and sold only through DST authorized and licensed manufacturers and distributors. In addition, DST policies strictly prohibit its manufacturers, distributors and members from offering for sale or selling such merchandise over the Internet. Use of the DST insignia, letters, name or any and all other indicia of the Sorority is forbidden without express, prior, written permission of DST. How to Obtain a License to Sell DST Merchandise Individuals and organizations seeking to manufacture, distribute, vend or in any other way engage in any activity pertaining to DST-related items should contact the National Headquarters. DST also encourages any individuals and organizations in possession of authentic DST items to donate those items to DST archives located in Washington, D.C. for the education and enjoyment of all DST members.
