We were recently voted eBay Ireland's seller of the year for 2007.

It was a fantastic achievement for Dr-Computer-Biz and hopefully this is the spur to go onto bigger and better things with eBay Ireland through the rest of 2007 & 2008!!!!

At the very core of our business is quality control.
We are based in the UK and Ireland specialising in refurbished laptops and computers.
We carry out the refurbishment process ourselves to very high standards as reflected with our feedback.
We ensure quality and even offer a warranty with items we sell.
If a customer is not happy with the product they received we are hear to listen and work things out.
We are honest in our descriptions and the items we sell so customer's are not disappointed.

We are always here if a customer needs support with a product or encounters difficulties any amount of time after it has been purchased. We have excellent technical advice and support on offer.

How many other EBay seller's are willing to offer 30days warranty on the refurbished laptops? We can even provide extended insurance policies if customers require it over 1 year or more.

Shipping Instructions:
We only ship to addresses within Ireland and Britain, unless by prior arrangement! We do not ship to any scam destinations.

We use UPS as our standard courier's to Britain & An Post to Ireland and can also offer a next day service. For smaller packages we will use Parcel Force and An Post to ensure efficient delivery times.

Please note that shipping to residents of any offshore UK destinations - E.g. Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or other off-shore destinations etc. will be UPS Special delivery and buyers must contact us for these rates.

If you live in a remote off shore area where the courier company does not operate every day, delivery may take a little longer. However you can follow its progress using your tracking number and the courier company will issue you with an estimated delivery date once it is in transit.

Packaging:
We try to recycle as much of our packaging as is possible whether it is buying recycled boxes or recycling packaging ourselves. We always ensure that customers equipment is professionally and securely wrapped to ensure its safety during transit.


Second Chance Offers:
On our no reserve auction listings we often have more than one of a certain product for sale so bidders please bid with confidence and if your bid is high enough we will send you a second chance offer at the end of the auction.

This means that you can buy the product at your highest bid even though you may not have won the auction.

The Buying Process:
* You bid on auction and win.
* Payment is sent to us.
* Once payment clears the laptop is then packaged and ready for dispatch.
* Once dispatched we send you the tracking number so you can follow its progress.
* Finally we exchange feedback once you are happy with your purchase.


Terms & Conditions:
Claims of damage to goods must be noted at the time of delivery, and notified to us within 24 hours of delivery.

The buyer will be liable for the cost of the return no matter what the cause of return.

Goods returned without prior authorization may be refused upon delivery. Goods authorized for return which have an alleged fault upon delivery will be repaired or replaced. Such goods will not be refunded.

Refurbished items with a warranty have a 30day return to base warranty.

Laptop or Notebook Battery life cannot be guaranteed. We can guarantee that the battery will be working when the laptop arrives and will function if we state on the listing that it is working, but battery life depends on many factors depending on the laptops application at a given time. For example watching a DVD on a laptop will use more battery power than simply using it for word processing. Unless we specify a battery is brand new no warranty is given or implied with regards to a battery.

Where goods supplied are still under manufacturer's warranty, then the buyer must exercise the warranty directly with the manufacturer and not with us.

In buying an item you are agreeing to the terms as set out above.
