Hi there, we would like to share some background information about our business to give you confidence to start a trading relationship with us on Ebay.

Doug founded Modelling Magic in Ebay about 4 years ago.  At the time he was a full time working artist but as the Ebay business grew it took all of this time and so he is not painting at the moment.  2 years ago we opened a limited company and e-commerce shop named Craftmill.  Craftmill is now the parent company or 'home' of Modelling Magic.

Doug heads up a small close-knit team which operates out of a warehouse.  We offer a professional, fast and friendly service. 

Our product range is developed by Doug.  As an artist, Doug's main medium was Acrylic Paint and he also enjoyed working with all kinds of 3D materials including Plaster of Paris Bandage, Chromatic Impression Moulding Alginate and Air Drying Clay.   Although these products still form a core part of our range, new items being added all the time to meet the needs of our widening customer base.

We are committed to customer satisfaction and are here to help in any way before, during or after you have made your purchase.  We can confidently say that our big following of repeat customers are the proof of the service and quality we provide.
