Express Processing are based in the UK shipping from the UK using dedicated e-fulfilment processing for fast despatch of ordered product. Paid and cleared orders prior to 9am are shipped same Monday-Friday. Express Processing are a mail order company only and as such we have no counter sales facilities, all auctions are mail order, sorry, no personal collection.

Our items on eBay are at a DISCOUNTED rate in many cases clearing excess GRADE A stock, when you purchase from Express via our eBay store or one of our live items by bidding paying for the item automatically reduces our processing costs and allows us to discount the items further in comparison to our regular store fronts therefore we do not offer telephone support, Priority, Rush orders or Next Day shipping etc.etc...

If you have any reason to return a product to ourselves please email Ebay@expressprocessing.co.uk quoting your ebay item number, details of the fault or reason for required return and await a returns number.

Your right to cancel: If you are a consumer (not a business or trading as a business) and you buy at a fixed price (as opposed to buying in auction), you have a legal right to cancel your sales contract with us. You can do this at any time up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. To cancel please contact us in writing or by e-mail. You will need to return the goods to us at your own expense [Please request a returns number & returns authorisation in writing before you do so, items without an RMA number will be rejected and returned back to sender] no shipping costs will be refunded for either the return cost or the initial cost of sending the item to yourself, where FREE shipping was indicated, the actual cost of the shipping & distribution will be deducted prior to refunding the item(s) you are returning under cancellation as we make this clear before your purchase under DSR regulations.
